    Great fun tool
Allright... this has to be the best Christmas stocking stuffer or general gift for the person that has everything. This a really fun little screw driving tool that is surprimgly handy for the home and to have around. Great for avoiding getting your elbows and hands ripped when you are putting that IKEA table together, assembling the kids' toys, or putting the curtain rod up again for the third time that the kids pulled down. Basically anything that requires the use of a screw driver.

It has a little light in the front which is quite useful when putting stuff together in the evening or when the light is dull. But most importantly it SO intuitive to use. Just twist your hand a bit to the left or right and you can control the speed. No more blister on the hands or painful elbows! It is small enough to fit into most spaces.

    Love it!!

The Oddball Cordless Screwdriver that you'll Love!
Okay, this tool is DIFFERENT, and it takes some getting used to - more so than any other cordless screwdriver you've ever used - but there's a big payoff!

Using this driver is very intuitive - once you get used to it. For driving small or low-torque screws, you hold it somewhat loosely in your hand, then press with your palm and gently twist the tool clockwise. The screw will be driven with a speed proportional to the amount that you rotated your wrist after your palm pressed the large button on the grip of the tool to turn it on. As soon as the screw is snug, the torque from the tool will twist your hand counter-clockwise back to its initial position, and the tool will stop. If you adjust your grip, then with a little practice you will be able to tighten screws as much or as little as you would like.

Even though this tool doesn't have an adjustable drive clutch, it has saved me hundreds of damaged #2 Phillips screw heads over the years! My job involves helping with the FAA-required Annual Inspection on my employer's airplane, which requires the removal and re-installation of more than a hundred small (#6 to #10) machine and sheet-metal screws that secure the inspection covers on the plane. Our Airframe and Powerplant mechanic was so impressed with my B&D Gyro that he bought one!

I use it for a number of different things from taking plug covers off to putting things together with it. I have to say it holds up to what is said about it holding a charge. It is a tool you can use for so many things that you will be saying how did I get by before I got one. But after getting my 1st one I have added one more I keep in the truck and I have fixed it where I am able to charge it when needed. But I have to say that it holds up to what is said.

I received the Gyro as a Christmas gift (2012)and thought it was a bit toy-like. However, I charged it and have been delighted by its usefulness. I keep a 3" #2 Philips bit in it, and find it very helpful for light work such as changing locks, hinges, and reaching places I could not normally access easily. While it won't replace a 20V tool, it has excellent torque and is very easy to control.

Had the tool for about a month and then used it to assemble my son's little tikes fire-truck. Very easy to use, intuitive and has enough power to drive screws into hard plastic. Really liked the light as well as the speed-control feel. Overall - great experience, will use it again!

Used it to assemble my son's Little Tikes fire truck and it worked flawlessly. Very easy to use, drove screws into hard plastic easily and with great control. Nice compact device used in hard to reach places and at difficult angles.

The Gyro is a good, easy to use screwdriver and makes quick work when disassembling and reassembling projects with #8 and smaller screws. I like that the screwdriver speeds up and slows down with a twist of the wrist. I also like the light weight of the tool as compared to using a drill/driver for the type of work that I do.
