Great Mower
I bought this mower a couple of months ago, very surprised at the ease of what little assembly there is. Works fantastic, light and adjusts to most any position needed. Extremely satisfied.

I had a CM1200. This is much lighter and you can use the batteries in other products from B&D. Very good height adjustments that allow you to vacuum thingies over concrete.

This Mower is what I was looking for. Easy to push and lite weight. I use a lot less effort to meow the yard than with other mowers

Works much better than expected
I bought the 60 volt lawn mower and trimmer two months ago for my cabin on the lake. I have a double lot, about 100x100. With the close proximity of the neighbors I wanted something quiet I could use early in the day.
I am very impressed with the tools and the battery life. The trimmer lasts long enough for me to trim around the cabin, trees and edge the sea wall without the battery dying. I mowed the grass for the second time yesterday with the mulching kit installed and did not even have to switch to the second battery.
The mower is lightweight and seems rugged enough for this type of work.
I would definitely recommend the mower and trimmer, especially for the price.

Happy with it
This is my second B&D battery-powered Mower. The first was a 36V lead-acid version. I liked that one, but it was extremely heavy, and the battery finally gave up after a few years. Replacement battery was over $200, so I decided to move on.

This 60V version is a fraction of the weight, and that really translates to shorter time to cut my lawn (65x100 lot, minus the 2200 sqft house).
When fully charged, the battery shows 3 squares (indicating full), but that reduces to 2 as soon as the blade starts up. Still, I can cut my entire lawn with 1 battery, with charge to spare.

The batteries are a little cumbersome to get in and out, and there are only a couple of things on the mower which aren't made of plastic, so I'm concerned a little about longevity, but at this point, I think it's awesome. I've had it for 2 months.

Last May, my wife, infant daughter and I moved into our dream house. With less than 8000 square feet of lawn to maintain, I started researching electric mowers. At our local Sears, the salesperson talked up this new model, the 60V Max PowerSWAP. Being that it was new, there were few accurate reviews at the time but Sears guaranteed that the product would do the job. Also, the bullet points provided by Black + Decker to all retailers state that it "mows up to 1/4 acre." This is entirely inaccurate. It's been a trail of tears since the purchase. Mowing the grass is now a 2-day affair. We actually don't plan weekends away or long vacations because the mower will not be able to handle the grass. Why? First off, the batteries won't keep a charge for very long. One battery (you are provided with two) gets a quarter of the property done but you have to move at a snail's pace or the engine will cut. Worse, the mower can't handle high grass. Now, when I say "high," keep in mind that I mow my lawn every 6 days. Plus, the mower has 7 deck settings and mine is at 2--second from the highest possible grass level. We would love to be at 3 but the mower starts to sputter and cut out every few feet. Because it sputters every few feet, there are patches of taller grass in our yard. And all the while, sputtering and at a snail's pace, the batteries are quickly dying. I'd love to give points for durability but the front left wheel came off last year and I had to pay someone to fix it (whatever secures the wheel to the axle had broken off). I'll give the product a 1/2-Star because it's light but please avoid this product at all costs.

Battery Life
I purchased the mower 1 week ago and am on my 2nd cutting. I find the battery life does not hold up well before I have to change over to another battery. I am getting about 20 minutes of mowing on 5" grass before the switch. The recharge of the batter is taking 1/2 day or longer per battery. Will be checking with B&D to see if this is typical.
Purchased the unit because of electric start and no pull cord. Very pleased with that aspect of the mower. the attachment hardware and housing seems flimsy. We will see if it will last the season of mowing which will be 18-21 times this year.
